Order Cancelation / Changes 

Once your order has been placed it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us immediately. 

Unfortunately we cannot adjust orders that have already been processed and dispatched.

 Returns & Refunds 

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of our products we do not offer returns. We will not provide a refund or replacement if the brushes have been used and/or you have changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to discuss your concerns. We may ask you for proof of damage. If deemed applicable we will replace or refund your items, depending on the circumstances. 

Refunds exclude postage and handling of your product. Replacements exclude the outer packaging and brush roll our products are delivered in. Our packaging is to ensure the safety and protection of your brushes and may at times be compromised during transit.

Shipping policy

We aim to fulfill all orders within 48 business hours of it being placed. Please be mindful that orders placed across public holidays/holiday periods will take longer to process.  

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with details of your shipping and tracking details to allow you to easily track your parcel.

Please note due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays with Auspost. We thank you for your patience at this time.

Within Australia 

All orders are shipped via Auspost courier services and are subject to the providers delivery timelines.  In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to local cities within 2-3 days.

Orders being delivered to regional Australia, WA and non-metropolitan locations may take longer to deliver. For domestic orders, Standard shipping rates apply at a flat rate of $12.70.  

International orders 

For international orders, Standard shipping rates apply at a flat rate of $35AUD, complete with tracking and delivery confirmation. 

The following time frames apply to all orders shipped by our carrier partner Sendle:

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)

Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)

Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Your order may or may not be subjected to your local country duties and taxes. Loretta Spinelli is not responsible for any international duties, taxes or tariffs applied to our shipments, which may affect arrival times for orders. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any taxes and duty levies by the country you are shipping to.

Currently we cannot ship to the below countries due to Covid 19 and others under the UN Embargo: 

Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Dominica, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Lao, People’s Dem. Rep, Libya, Martinique, Mauritius, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Nicaragua Réunion Suriname Turkmenistan Trinidad and Tobago Yemen Under UN embargo: Syria, Iran, Cuba, Korea,The D.P.R of (North K.) Sudan
